Wyndham Vacation Rentals is the largest professionally managed vacation rental business in North America. As their business continues its fast growth, DG has become their outsourced digital partner.

Challenge:

Help WVR, which is comprised of 10K units in 10+ states that historically manage their own marketing by location, improve brand consistency, digital channel effectiveness, and overall profitability.

The Revised Strategy:

DG worked with WVR to create and execute a holistic campaign with messaging that brought to life the power of the brand while highlighting the local markets. We developed a primary message for all channel communications to attract and nurture new leads and build relationships and rebooking with past guests. The campaign included remarketing, social and paid search efforts, as well as pace reactive local-level programs, to both bring in new leads and assist in conversion.

WVR saw substantial YOY revenue growth directly attributed to the campaign. The integrated message across the entire customer experience efficiently and effectively reached exactly the right audience, at the right time. The campaign increased reservations, but also made an even greater impact on WVR as a brand. It improved relationships and brand perception with new and existing customers.
